Purchase orders
All purchase orders (POs) must be in writing on an official PO form or company letterhead. The PO must include the company name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, item number/name, quantity, unit price, item color, imprint color(s), shipping method, ship-to address, ship date, in-hand date, and any other applicable information. Incomplete information will cause a delay in production time.
Order Acknowledgements
All order acknowledgments are sent via e-mail and/or fax upon PO receipt. Please read carefully upon receipt and contact Intransit Global customer service immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary.
Changes to Orders
Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to Intransit Global before the changes will become effective. Changes made after approving the initial Intransit Global order acknowledgment will incur additional charges (depending on the requested changes), and may cause a delay in production time. Order Cancellations
Requests for order cancellations must be made in writing and must be approved by Intransit Global. Orders canceled during the production stage will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. Please contact Intransit Global customer service for complete cancellation policies.
Payment Terms
Credit terms should be arranged prior to submitting an order. A 50% deposit will be required prior to order production and the remaining balance is due when the order ships. There is a U.S. $30.00 charge for each returned check. Contact Intransit Global customer service for more details. Fast Turnaround orders, (3-5 days production) full pre-payment is required
Artwork Requirements
The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. Art files can be submitted via e-mail. We require AI, EPS, CDR or PDF file types for all vector artwork. Please make sure all text is converted to outline or vector form prior to sending your artwork. If this is not possible, all fonts used in the creation of the artwork must be included with the submitted art file. Bitmapped files (Adobe® Photoshop®) must be 300 dpi or higher at 100% of the final size
