TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All purchase orders (POs) must be in writing on official PO form or company letterhead. The PO must include the company name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, item number/name, quantity, unit price, item color, imprint color(s), shipping method, ship to address, ship date, in-hand date and any other applicable information. Incomplete information will cause a delay in production time.
All order acknowledgments are sent via e-mail and/or fax upon PO receipt. Please read carefully upon receipt and contact inTransit Global customer service immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary.
Changes to Orders
Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to inTransit Global before the changes will become effective. Changes made after approving the initial inTransit Global order acknowledgment will incur additional charges (depending on the requested changes), and may cause a delay in production time. Please contact inTransit Global customer service for more details.
Requests for order cancellations must be made in writing and must be approved by inTransit Global. Orders cancelled during production stage will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation. Please contact inTransit Global customer service for complete cancellation policies.
Credit terms should be arranged prior to submitting an order. A 50% deposit will be required prior to order production and the remaining balance is due when the order ships. There is a U.S. $30.00 charge for each returned check. Contact inTransit Global customer service for more details.
The quality of your imprint depends upon the quality of artwork supplied to us. Art files can be submitted via e-mail. We require AI, EPS, CDR or PDF file types for all vector artwork. Please make sure all text is converted to outline or vector form prior to sending your artwork. If this is not possible, all fonts used in the creation of the artwork must be included with the submitted art file. Bitmapped files (Adobe® Photoshop®) must be 300 dpi or higher at 100% of the final size or larger. Please e-mail your artwork to: email@example.com and use your PO number as subject title.
Recommendations: Vector art created in Adobe® Illustrator® or Corel® Draw® provides superior reproduction quality and allows images to be resized without the loss of sharpness or detail.
If any changes are requested in the art, inTransit Global’s art department can assist in making the changes requested and even create new artwork. Additional charges will apply. Please call inTransit Global customer service for more details.
Artwork Layout Paper Proof
Electronic layout proofs will be provided once artwork has been reviewed and approved. Proofs are provided at no additional charge. Approving the paper proof in a timely manner will ensure orders are produced without any delays.
Logo/Artwork Copyright and Trademark Laws
inTransit Global assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyrights, trademarks, etc. By placing an order with inTransit Global, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and/or distribute merchandise containing relevant names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. that are associated with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless inTransit Global, its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after delivery of your order. Products on the inTransit Global website may be patented, have patents pending or be subject to various copyright and/or property rights of inTransit Global and/or its owners and principals. These products may not be reproduced in any way (in whole or in part) without expressed written permission from inTransit Global.
Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, inTransit Global cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. Due to manufacturer tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations of 0.1875”.
Pre-production samples must be requested in Purchase orders. inTransit Global will provide high quality images of finished product prior to full production for approval. If an actual pre-production sample is required, additional charges will apply.
Production time varies on products ordered. Production time starts after all approvals are made, including pre-production samples. Any changes made to the order after approval will affect production time and may incur additional charges.
inTransit Global stands behind its products 100%. We value and ensure the quality of products we sell. Rest assure that our products are quality checked while in production and before products are shipped from our factories. Our overseas factories are held to the utmost quality requirements.
Claims and Return Policy
We strongly encourage customers to immediately inspect all shipments upon arrival. Prior to return, all merchandise requires return authorization from inTransit Global in order to be eligible for credit. Returned merchandise without prior authorization from inTransit Global will not be accepted. The request must state the specific reason for the return and be submitted within 15 calendar days after receipt of shipment. Refusing, abandoning or returning a shipment without prior approval does not constitute an approval by inTransit Global. When a return is approved, returned products must be in the same condition as when they left inTransit Global, and the return credit will only be issued for the actual quantity returned. Contact inTransit Global customer service for all return authorization requests and details.
In accordance with California law, goods shipped to an address within California will be charged sales tax unless the purchaser has a resale permit issued by the California Board of Equalization on file with the factory. Please contact inTransit Global customer service prior to ordering for instructions on how you may qualify for an exemption from the tax.
All order shipments from inTransit Global are shipped FOB China. Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges FOB China. Shipping instructions, method, delivery address and delivery date must be clearly included on purchase order. Delays caused by carrier are not the responsibility of inTransit Global and no refunds, credits or returns will be given in this instance.
Special Shipping Instructions
Additional charges and lead-time may apply for special handling such as palletizing, using custom mailing labels, and special packaging requirements. Any labels or packaging must be sent to inTransit Global prior to the order being released for production.
Overruns and Underruns
Intransit Global reserves the right to over ship or under ship up to 5% of the order quantity and invoices the customer accordingly. Please ask your customer service representative about exact quantity shipments.

The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the types and quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Any unauthorized use of images or material from the inTransit Global website without prior written consent is prohibited. Products shown may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations and printing.

InTransit Global CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL A DELIVERY COMMITMENT AS A RESULT OF SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO OCCURRENCES SUCH AS NATURAL DISASTERS (I.E. HURRICANES, FLOODS), LABOR STRIKES, CONGESTION AT PORTS OF ENTRY, U.S. CUSTOMS/HOMELAND SECURITY HOLDS AND DELAYS, OR FAILURE OF SUBCONTRACTORS TO PERFORM. inTransit Global WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION IN SUPPORT OF ANY FORCE MAJEURE OR COMMERCIAL IMPRACTICABILITY CONDITION UPON REQUEST.
All orders placed with inTransit Global by phone, fax, mail, web, or e-mail constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
